123 Making More Mindful Choices - What You’re Saying Yes (or No) to Right Now

It’s fair to say that life can often feel like it’s happening TO us and that we’re not fully in control of our lives. And when we’re in that place it does feel like our opportunity to actually make positive choices for ourselves is massively diminished.

But the truth is that we are making choices every single day, whether we realise it or now, about what we’re saying yes and no to. And those sometimes subconscious choices can have a massive impact on what we get out of life and how we feel about ourselves.

So this week it’s all about looking at what mindful choices really are, how they can help us to get closer to the things that we want for ourselves (including in our health and wellbeing), and how we can take control of some of the choices that we’re making each day to get to our goals.
