097 Want to Lose Weight Successfully? Then You MUST Do This First

Weight loss does not have to mean ‘diet’. And yet we have been led to believe that we can’t have one without the other.

However, there are some absolutely fundamental things that we need to put in place first if we want to see successful weight loss (i.e. not just losing some weight and then putting it straight back on again, but actually sustaining it for the long term). 

And this is exactly what I’ll be talking about in this week’s episode of The Busy Woman’s Guide to Fitness & Wellness podcast. You’ll be learning:

  • how lack of sleep, movement and too much stress can affect our ability to lose weight
  • the truth about our ‘need’ to lose weight versus the desire to lose weight
  • the importance of self talk and belief in successful long-term weight loss

Ultimately, successful long term weight loss involves a little bit more work that we think it does. It’s not just about reducing calories and then having the willpower to stay there for long enough to see the result.
