097 Want to Lose Weight Successfully? Then You MUST Do This First
Weight loss does not have to mean ‘diet’. And yet we have been led to believe that we can’t have one without the other.
However, there are some absolutely fundamental things that we need to put in place first if we want to see successful weight loss (i.e. not just losing some weight and then putting it straight back on again, but actually sustaining it for the long term).
