096 The Princess, The Martyr or The Queen?

Let’s be honest. Most of us spend good chunks of our lives in either the role of the Martyr or the Princess. 

In the first role, we’re the put upon woman, who is dealing with everyone else’s s**t, doing all the things that everyone else in our lives needs and never ever doing anything for ourselves.

In the second, we’re blaming external circumstances every single time we’re not getting the things we want, telling ourselves it can’t possibly be our fault because we’re too busy, too tired, too unmotivated, too busy being a martyr!

And I’ve spent more time than I’d like to admit in one or both of these spaces!

But I don’t know about you - but I don’t want that for myself. What I really want in my life is the Queen energy. The kick ass, knows who she is and what she wants, shows up for herself and takes responsibility for getting the things she wants Queen!

So, I’m working on bringing a lot more of this energy into my life and in this week’s episode of the podcast I’ll be telling you how you can do the same!
