052 Honing in on ‘Your 3 Core Habits’ to make Fitness & Wellness Simple

Staying fit and healthy can sometimes feel overwhelming, not just because there are so many pieces to the jigsaw, but also because there’s always a new superfood or super workout that we’re getting distracted by. We end up scattered and feeling like we can never do enough. Looking after our health and wellbeing is the most important thing we can do for ourselves, so in this episode I will help you discover ‘Your 3 Core Habits’ that make the biggest difference to your health and wellbeing and how to use them to simplify your life.
