037 Finding All You Need on the Inside for Greater Calm and Peace

We know that women are often trying to do it all. I see the pressure that women feel to keep up, work harder and fit ridiculous amounts of stuff into their lives. All of this takes its toll, but there are so many people out there who are actively working to help us find a different way, to create an environment with less pressure, in which we can be much more gentle with ourselves and know it’s okay to do that.

In this episode I’m joined by Amy Coop, founder of Prana & Patchouli. Amy is a restorative yoga and meditation teacher who helps busy, ambitious souls find peace, fulfil their highest purpose, reduce stress and anxiety, and learn how to turn inwards and listen to what our own mind, body and soul need instead.
