033 Managing Anxiety with Lucy J. Smith

It's no surprise that a lot of people suffer from anxiety these days. We live in a culture of busy and in a society that places massive expectations on all of us. It's impossible not to internalise this, which eventually can turn into anxiety and other mental health problems that have a detrimental effect on our quality of life.

In this episode I’m joined by Lucy J. Smith, a mental health advocate, author, podcaster and a mentor. Today we will talk about managing anxiety.
