034 Becoming the Person You Need to Be (to Reach Your Goals)

So many of us keep putting off being happy with ourselves or enjoying certain aspects of our lives. We always tell ourselves that we're allowed to enjoy when we've achieved certain things, but we remain stuck. We repeat unhelpful patterns that we know aren't constructive, but we cannot break free from them. So in this episode, we will talk about becoming the person you need to be and starting with it right now.
