Today I’m joined by Natalie Walker Brimble, who is a coach, podcaster and the author of the book “‘I'm Happy When Everyone Else is Happy,’ and Other Lies I Told Myself.” In her book, she explores the myths and stereotypes around what women should be doing, and looks at 15 ways in which we are holding ourselves back from living our full potential. This episode is about getting you fired up and excited to discover your own passions and motivations and to start living the life that you've always dreamt off.
