009 How to Create an Efficient Fitness Routine

One thing that comes up time and time again with my clients is that we're all lacking in time. That is by far the #1 reason why clients don't do their homework. When we think about it objectively, we all know that we can come up with various strategies to make our lives more efficient in order to fit in exercise, time to do meal planning, and time to look after ourselves. 

 

But how about some strategies for making our fitness routine more efficient, so that we can do more in less time? Today, we're going to be talking about how you can create a routine that works for you and is going to be the most efficient, helping you to reach your goals and feel totally amazing.

 

Top Tips for Creating an Efficient Fitness Routine: 

- Ask yourself what your goals and your motivation are

- Think about what time you've got available realistically

- Consider ways you can multitask

- Discover why weight training is the way to go about efficiency

- Don’t be so hard on yourself 

I want you to use these five tips to think about what you've got going on in your life, and what you actually want to achieve. Then you can engineer your fitness routine from there, and fit it into your life in the most efficient way.
