Weight gain is part of the experience for a lot of perimenopause women, as well as the struggle to lose weight. I know that the question on everyone’s lips is “how do I lose this weight when the old ways aren’t working any more," so today I'll talk about the science of this phenomenon. The first thing to know is that this is normal, and I'll talk you through the various reasons why this is happening and what to do about it.
