214 Your Autumn Reset: 5 things to ditch and 3 to keep for Energy and Confidence

Autumn is one of the best times of year for a reset. It’s not too dark, not too cold, and it comes with that “fresh start” energy that can help you refocus on what you want before the year ends.

In this episode, I’m helping you prepare for a simple but powerful reset by sharing 5 things it’s time to let go of – the hidden drains on your energy and confidence – and 3 things you absolutely should keep (or add) if you want to feel clear, grounded and ready to go this season.

These are the foundations of the work I do with clients through my 3Rs framework: reclaiming yourself from all the noise and pressure, reconnecting with your body and energy, and then rising into the habits and routines that actually work for you.
