We’ve all heard about mindfulness, and the premise of it sounds amazing doesn’t it?
Becoming more tuned into the here and now, learning to enjoy life more and less worry about what comes next all the time. Especially when we feel run ragged with endless to do lists, demands and things that need our attention.
And when we’re in that place where we can’t see the wood for the trees, mindfulness can feel really needed, but also very distant from us.
