074 Getting Started with Exercise as a Newbie (or when it's been a while)

Hands up if you’d love to get into regular exercise and start feeling fitter, stronger and more confident. And hands up if you’re not quite sure where to start - and this is putting you off getting going.

Maybe you’ve never really done any regular exercise and the idea of getting started is feeling really daunting. Or maybe you have exercised in the past, but you’ve been out of the game for a while and you need a bit of help getting back into the saddle.

Well, the good news is, I’ve got your back. Because this week I’ll be sharing my very own ‘starting exercise’ story and then giving you a plan of action, which I’ve built over years of creating my own exercise routine and working with hundreds of women to create theirs.

I know that by the end of this episode you’re going to be feeling motivated, excited and truly ready to get started.
