071 Don’t Want to Do a Workout Today? Listen to This

It can be really easy to find excuses not to do a workout: I’m too busy,  I’m too tired, I’ll do one tomorrow,  I need to make dinner… I’m not saying those excuses aren’t valid, but sometimes we are creating an excuse so we just don’t have to do the workout. If you are in that energy of not wanting, then this is the episode for you. Listen to it, remember the messages and come back to it anytime you need a little kick up the bum!
