071 Don’t Want to Do a Workout Today? Listen to This
It can be really easy to find excuses not to do a workout: I’m too busy, I’m too tired, I’ll do one tomorrow, I need to make dinner… I’m not saying those excuses aren’t valid, but sometimes we are creating an excuse so we just don’t have to do the workout.
