045 Dangerous Myths from the Diet and Fitness Industry that are Keeping You Stuck

Like so many of you, I have spent years and years on a diet rollercoaster. I’ve gone through being bored, fatigued, totally fed up to moving into a much better place. I'm not as thin as I used to be, but I'm much happier and more confident in my body now. It took a lot of effort, but it was worth it. In this episode I will dive into a few myths that are the most destructive to both our health as well as our confidence and mental and emotional wellbeing.
What  You Will Learn in This Episode:

- Why believing that once you find the right diet, it's going to be easy is false and how your body reacts to that

- Is being overweight always dangerous and bad for your health?

- Why it makes no sense to eat the same number of calories every day

- Why weight loss isn’t as simple as eating less and moving more

- Can you make up your lack of confidence with losing weight?
The bigger we get, the more we diet. The bigger we get, the more we shame people for their weight. The bigger we get, the more we regulate and restrict. The bigger we get, the more we try and tell people it's easy. It's ridiculous and the diet industry is to blame for all the myths. The good news is that you can escape the misery of never-ending dieting and find a way to be more kind to yourself.
