044 How to Keep Moving Forwards When Your Progress Has Plateaued

It's safe to say that we all want to make progress with the things we work hard at. We want a result, an outcome that makes us feel better, more confident, happier about ourselves.

Whether it's getting that promotion at work, improving our tennis game or becoming fitter and stronger, progress is an important factor in keeping us motivated. But progress isn't always easy and we can sometimes get stuck along the way.
