021 Special Episode: Real World Fitness Inspiration from my Clients (Part 2)

In this episode, we will continue to speak to some of my clients. Today I’m joined by Cori, a practicing homeopath and mother of three teenage boys who are very into fitness. I’m also joined by Alice, who works in sales and is a mother of two children.

Both are my clients at ChickFit Online, and they are going to inspire you with how they’ve overcome the ups and downs of creating a regular fitness routine. They will share their experiences and advice on how they’ve made fitness and wellness a regular part of their lives.
