012 Using Our Inner Wisdom to Make Us More Resilient to Stress with Dawn Robinson

A huge part of what I do with my clients is helping them address stress. When we're stressed, it's affecting our mental well being and making life feel harder. It is often affecting our physical well being as well, because living with stress makes us less likely to nourish ourselves well and exercise.

Today I'm joined by Dawn Robinson, a coach and author of the book “Ditching Midlife Stress from the Inside Out”. She's helping women in midlife, who are juggling family work and menopausal symptoms, and who want to escape the stress, get off the treadmill and enjoy life more fully.
