In this episode, we get real about self-care, self-kindness, and not trying to do it all with Jo Ferrone, the founder of “How Does She Do It.” Jo is helping women to find a gentle balance in business and in life.

Today, we are talking about how to discover a balance that works for you, and how to welcome growth and confidence into our lives by looking after ourselves properly.
