039 Creating Positive Change by Living with More Intention

Most of us have some positive habits that we'd like to add into our lives, but we get swept away with the busyness of life and it can seem impossible to make the space for that. We go about our days on autopilot and get to the end of another week, month or year. Our brains are set up for ease, it's easier to do the thing that we've always done than to do something new. So what's the answer? 


In this episode I'm joined by Joanne Thompson, founder of Joanne Thompson Coaching, which helps individuals and businesses to gain the clarity they need to make life changing decisions and live their lives on their own terms.  Joanne is passionate about living life with intention and purpose, and today we will find out how we can get more intentional in order to create more positive habits and live our best lives.
