030 How to Create a Happier, Healthier and More Confident Life without Diets and Restrictions with Char Ryel

When it comes to diet and fitness, do you get that feeling that you are getting on and off a roller coaster and you never seem to find balance, consistency and sustainability in your life? 

Today I’m joined by Char Ryel, a wellness coach, behaviour change specialist and the host of the “Feel Good Nakd” podcast. She helps her clients create long-term healthy habits without diets and with a huge dose of compassion.

In this episode, we talk about how the world of diet and fitness is starting to change, about some of the first steps of creating a sustainable lifestyle change so that, rather than staying on that roller coaster, we can become happier and more confident.
