023 Why Your Approach to Fitness Should Change With the Seasons

Every autumn I seem to experience a bit of an energy drop. It feels like no matter how well prepared I am, as the clock goes back and the days get shorter, my motivation wears off. Those intense workouts get harder and it feels like much more work is needed for everything. In this episode I will talk about how and why we should change our approach to fitness as the seasons change.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

- How to encourage yourself to slow down at this time of year

- How to listen to what your body is telling you and not get frustrated by carrying on as normal

- How to see autumn as an amazing opportunity to treat our bodies in a different way and do some things for ourselves that usually we miss out on

- Looking at the seasons change as a challenge for our body and minds Slowing down at this time of the year could make you feel better in so many ways physically, mentally and emotionally, because by protecting your energy you're also protecting your mental wellbeing. Use these transition times as an opportunity to think about what you need, examine where your life is headed and make necessary adjustments.
